Urgent support required, kindly help me

our website was perfectly working until last week

I don't know what happened, now it's showing some firewall related error.

I tried to disable that like no 49 with putting # at the beginning of line, and then showing a totally different....like after that it's redirecting to downloaded folder.

kindly tell me any solution?

it's urgent and matter of my job

Hi,

Looks like you are using MageFirewall extension.

Try this suggestion:

https://community.magento.com/t5/Technical-Issues/MageFirewall-Security/td-p/26667

Not sure why this is not working however you should be able to fix it by including a single line with the correct full path to your Magento installation like so:

require_once '/path/to/magento/lib/firewall/firewall.php';

or disable the extension in your store to see if it will fix the issue.

here is how to disable extension without access to admin:

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9304753/disable-magento-extension-from-database

hope it helps.

Re: Urgent support required, kindly help me

Try to restore all the files from a backup done on the day site was working. looks like somebody removed a bunch of files there.  maybe you got hacked? change ftp/ssh and hosting control panel passwords just in case.

and make sure you have all the security patches installed in your store.
