View all Products with Custom Options

Hi All,

Magento ver. 1.9.2.4

We have just over 4000 products in our store, we have now received a request to provide information on which products have custom options added to them. (We use drop down options for pack sizing)

Does anyone know of a way to filter out, or export a list of products which have custom options added? Or bulk add an attribute to these?
