Got a weird one.
We are just organising GDPR removal of old customer information. We simply went through and deleted all customers older than 12 months.
The day after deletion all of those old customers received duplicate emails of their orders, some dating back to 2015!
Anyone got an idea why this would happen?
All transactional emails / orders / dispatch notices were sent and are working normally at present.
We are also looking to upgrade to latest Community edition but want to sort this issue first.
