Why has the default category started to appear in my google shopping data feed ?

Hey Guys,

i am really struggling to figure out why the Default category isnt being ignored in my Googleshopping_datafeed.xml.

before it used to be like this:

living room furniture> sofas> 3 seater sofa

now its like:

default category>living room furniture> sofas> 3 seater sofa.

if i cant get this removed i will have to rebuild the entire google shopping categories list.

its as if the default category has all of a sudden become an actual recognised category, i know i must have done somethign to make this happen but i have no idea what.

please help!

Not a default Magento module. So you'd need to specify the module and if you have made any changes recently to the module settings or performed any updates.
