ZIP CODE AT PAYMENT

Hi,

      I want to use zip code at payment process by using zip code amount should be differ....for example 1 to 50 distance or zip code one type of amount and if 100 to 200 distance or zip code it should display some amount...by giving zip code based on distance amount should be changed...

NOTE: YOU CAN SEE AT amazon.com ....BASED ON ZIP- CODE AMOUNT CHANGED...
