checkout page address field error after 1.9.3.3 upgrade

Hi, after updating from 1.9.3.2 to 1.9.3.3 i am experiencing an error with the one page checkout loading the address field. It is being over written with a message 'Oops, something went wrong' as shown below. Any ideas how to fix this error on one page checkout

Hi, I think it may have been a problem during the upgrade. I ended up deleting the install and starting from fresh and loading the upgrade again. This time there is no error. Thankfully this was my test site. Have now had the confidence to upgrade our main site and it is fine too.
