customer registration not working 1.9.2

Need help my custumer cant register to my website always come back to normal can some one please help me with what to do is tiring this problem i am loosing out

So did you upgrade? If so from what version? Are you using a custom theme? Did you try the standard theme to see if it is working for the customer registration?

I don't know anything about your site from the information provided but a common issue is this missing line in the form (especially for upgrades).
