file was not uploaded

Hello everyone! I have magento 1.9.2.4 in my site and every time i try to upload an image product it shows that is uploading, it gets 100% and then it says that file was not uploaded. The same think happens and when i wanted to import some products manually from import/export. I have tried everything, i changed permissions changed a lot of times uploader.php everything i found on internet. Please help me! I have a client that is waiting.

Did you see any error message in the browser console while uploading the image? Was there any code change done recently?

No it uploads the image or the file 100% and then it throws error. file was not uploaded.

Have same issue after upgraded from 1.9.2.4 to 1.9.3.6
