Also i have installed a responsive theme in my store and now it is live. There is also huge customization in the files too. So any help regarding the Magento up-gradation is appreciated. Please Note that, i have tried via magento connect manager by putting community/Mage_All_Latest in the downloader. But when i proceeded, it shows that some files are already existing/invalid.
