my orders are going from processing right to closed after shipping. they should be going to complete. any advice on where to start troubleshooting would be very helpful. I checked "order statuses" under system and believe it to be proper.
Hello what if the orders are not closing. We know they have been shipped and all but some are not closing the order in the backend hence not creating an orderinvoiced file that we need.
