magento manage product option shows in admin panel but not in front end

i have a product option with 20 attributes to coose from. i can assign option to product in admin panel. but its not reflecting in front end. if i create new option it will reflect only once, when modified again it disappears

Hi,

 

Have you reindexed after adding the product (or do you have 'reindex on save' configured?) - also have you tried clearing the HTML block cache before viewing the frontend?
