orders not receving in email for admin and customer

Hi 

Im Using Magento ver 1.9.3.3

For my website I was able to received the orders in admin but I’m not receiving the order in my email  and also the customer is not receiving the confirmation email 

 

i understand from the internet that;

In the admin 

 

In the System ----> Transactional Emails 

Need to add Template. When i add the Template i do not know how to edit in the Template Content

In Template Content there are coding I just want to know where to input my info ( like email or name something like that )

Hi @deen_deen,

 

Is your cronjob properly configured?

Or maybe are you using some 3rd-party module to use an external SMTP?

Also, can you check your webserver error logs? (and the Magento's logs to try to find a clue about a possible error with emails?)

If you are not aware about the Magento and how it works

Best to contact your hosting provider. they should help you out in this matter.

 

If you know somehow technical

1. Check cron in hosting if its running properly or not

2. If that's not working, try SMTP extension from any vendor. https://github.com/aschroder/Magento-SMTP-Pro-Email-Extension
3. Contact any magento developer to help you out with this.
