Dear All Small 2 person business - with no dedicated web team. have a few "simple" issues hoping for some help this one first

when you click on more colours ROYAL BLUE appears twice....with the same internal info....

Welcome to the community forums.

It seems (I guess) there is something on how you've created the product. It seems like you have the color options two times (normally this shouldn't happen).

Maybe you can share hoy you build the product?

Basically

Build a configurable product

Then Build simple products And associate them to the configurable...
