"Repo rejected file upload - Failed." - Cant upload my plugin on Magento 1.7-v1.9.3

I try to upload a new release of my plugin on Magento 1.7 - v 1.9.3, but I get the following error message : 

This error never occurred before, on the dedicated interface of Magento 1.

This message is too generic to help me investigate further.
