reCAPTCHA issue

An issue has popped up in our Magento version 1.9.2. When clicking to view a product, there's a popup error that says "Cannot contact reCAPTCHA. Check your connection and try again."

If I disable Google ReCaptcha the error does not happen. How can we address this issue, to remove the popup?

Which module are you using?

There is a public URL you can share to test? (maybe you can start looking at your browser console in order to find a message or error)
