outgoing mail is working in smtp Magento extension. extension is able to send mail to email but email is not able to send confirmation mail to customers

Are you using the queue for sendign emails? Is your cron working properly?
Maybe you can check the core_email_queue table into your database to be sure emails are being sent by Magento (or not)
