Since I upgraded to 220.127.116.11 when I receive an order from ebay/amazon (M2EPro) and I also have a mobile addon that sends the orders to Magetno the order email doesn't get sent, it says not sent so it's not as if it goes but doesn't get delivered.
Orders placed the normal way through Magento are fine

When we upgraded from 1.8 to 1.9.1 we initialy thought we had problems with mail.
It turns out that it was actually a problem with cron not running and mail was pilling up in the que. Once cron setting fixed everthing was working.
We have since switched to sending mail with Aschroder's SMTP Pro extension though our Exchange server. This improved deliverability and allowed logging and archiving emails in our exchange system.
I upgraded from 1.9.0 to 1.9.1 I did a clean install of everything as I had some issues and it seemd the easier route, the problem isn't emails no being sent, they are when an order is placed via the normal way, it's when they are created by a 3rd party extention, they don't get sent
