upload file from front page

hi

i cant upload file from front page.

i have added the costume option (file).

im adding the file from front page by clicking "browse files"

and sending the order. but in the admin pannel i cant see the file that i uploaded.

does anyone know why and how it can be fixed?

Could you please tell in which form or option, you have used this custom option file upload?

Also tell in which form have you used it in front?

Costume option - Add option -  "file"

and the i upload the file from front page by "browse file"
