Are you seriously using Magento 1.3 till now? I am wondering.

Why don't you get your store on Magento 2.3.3?

It is very difficult you can find 1.3 compatible theme now.

We are searching solutions as our resellers will soon also order online
while we search a company able to migrate our webshop with no loss of
content nor fonctions, knows how to synchronise with our ERP Sage 100 on
various pricelists (we already have a connector for orders on the basic
pricelist) and been able to define the information roads between Sage and
the new website until the transport label print and invoice.
