Applying Custom Theme to Customer Account Bar

I have activated my new theme and applied it to all pages.  I cannot find where to apply the theme to the customer account bar (ie My account, shopping cart, wishlist, etc).  These are not listed in the pages tab.  When selecting My Account, for example, it loads the Magento Theme with the Magento Logo.  I have googled at length for an answer to this and have found nothing.

After 3 days of research and seeing screenshots that showed under configuration-design-current package name that everyone elses said default while mine said rwd, I thought to myself "wait, why is mine different?"  I decided to change the rwd to default and see what happened.  This fixed my problem.  Now the Customer log in/account dashboard matches my theme properly.  This update is for the poor soul that has the same issue as mine and runs into the same roadblocks I did.
