Best Magento Template for 1.9.2.3

Hi,

We are using a magento 1.9.2.3 with many add-ons. We are specialized into Kids bedwetting and we need several add-ons.

So far we are using a joomlart termplate ( very poor coded ) and we would like to know what is the best magento template responsive. The price is not important. We want an awesome coded template. Only few line on the home page with slider, cms block, mega menu.
