French language pack for 1.9.2.1

Hi, I am building a multilanguage store (english/french), but I can't find the french language pack for magento 1.9.2.1, any help ? I am stuck with it now !

Hi, thanks for the reply, I tried to install many packages, and this is what I've got:

Invalid version, should be like: x.x.x
Invalid stability
Invalid date, should be YYYY-DD-MM
Invalid channel URL
Empty authors section
Empty package contents section

Hi, 

I have the same issue with any language pack.

• community/Mage_Locale_es_ES: Unknown cipher in list: TLSv1

When I try to download this language pack I receive an error indicating 404 or invalid version
