How To Change Font Color For Popup

I have placed this code on a CMS block:

<p>{{block type="newsletter/subscribe" block_id="popup.newsletter" template="newsletter/subscribe.phtml"}}</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>

The popup appears but the font is WHITE, therefore, I cannot see any texts when the popup "pops up". How do I change the font color of the popup from white to black (or any color)? Thank you very much

Are you still having this issue? 

You should be able to change the font and background colours using CSS. Do you have any experience with doing this?
