How to add Brand Slider In navigation menu (dropdown menu)

I am Using magento 1.9 and i want to add brand slider in navigation menu. Anyone know hoe to do it ? or how can i display images in navigation menu as Dropdown menu ? i want as shown in pic, Guide me,Its urgentI need that Functionality

You can make it easily by installing Mega Menu Magento 2 or Magento 2 CMS Pages Navigation. It allows you to have multiple options to show what you want on the main navigation
