How to modify magento deaulf mobile theme?

I want to modify the look and feel of the mobile view of magento website. It is default mobile theme which looks like this :

I want to rearrange the items and change color theme.

The default theme is default/iphone the layout and template files are located here:

app/design/frontend/default/iphone

and the theme skin files and assets are located here:

skin/frontend/default/iphone

You can edit the files in those locations to customise the mobile theme.

Please let me know what do do If I want to disable the mobile theme completely. I mean i just want the desktop website to be displayed on mobile devices also. I am running magento 1.5
