Missing image file bg_threeDots.png

I am using Magento 1.9.2.4 and after running a dead link check on the website noticed that there is link to bg_threeDots.png in madisonisland.css and the image doesn't exist. I've been searching for the files in the RWD skin/images and can't find it. Does anyone know where I can find this image?

You can use any browser and open the developer tab by clicking F12 and go to NET tab and reload the page.

Anything missing will be shown and also you can check where it is referenced and also the absolute path.. also you can can post the link here so that the community members here check the link and solve your problem

Thanks but the file is missing. I looked directly in the downloaded file for 1.9.2.4 and it is not there.
