Moving the Category List to the left

How would I go about moving the list of categories to the left side of the page? 

Currently they're on the top right as shown here:

I want them to be on the left side under the slideshow banner.  I'm gonna smack myself if it's as easy as moving it to another static block, but for the life of me I can't find it in a currently enabled static block.

Thanks, I installed this extension to use, however I'm still having trouble removing the default Category navigation bar.

I've disabled both the top right and left static blocks (I'm using Ultimo theme), but they're still there.

Edit: Nevermind, I just switched from 3 columns to 2 columns with left sidebar and kept the ultimo theme nav bar and disabled the extension nav bar.
