I'm building out a new custom order confirmation email for my company and am mostly finished except for one little piece I can't get by. I'm trying to put the payment method in the empty space next to the shipping/tax/totals block underneath the order items. All I need to do is edit whatever "sales_email_order_items" is pulling from - but I cannot find that to save my life!! Any help on where the associated file might be / where to drop in code for something like this. Also, if possible, I'd love to get rid of "Grand Total (Excl.Tax)" too. Example of what I want to do is in the image attached. Thanks!
