Print the sub-category of product

Hi!

Using : Magento ver. 1.9.3.4

I have this category structure :

Catalog--
              |
              ----- Men
              |

              ----- Women

If i click on catalog that show every products i want to show the item category under every product name but Men or Women not Catalog same thing when i click on a product for detail...
I want the same for whatever the category i click...

Just to help clarify the problem.

Customer clicks on Parent category Catalog in the main menu

They are then presented with a page which has links to

Mens 

Womens

Is this correct?
