Problems with installing a theme

After installing a theme I get the following error message
One or more of the cache are invalidated Types: Layouts. Click here to go to Cache Management and refresh cache types
Error message relates to Layout and probably prevents display of the theme

You can select Cache types then choose refresh option in the dropdown field and click Refresh.

Or you can use two top red buttons - Flush Magento Cache and Flush Cache Storage.

Select all cache and refresh it, this should solve your issue. also do index management.

This is not problem

You click on Flush Magento Cache to resolve it

This is dispay to when your are edit core layout file its will be display on our admin panel,you just select all and select action to re-idex data,After this changes its did not show
