I paid a guy to help me. He said starting with version 1.9.3 it's not allowed to add scripts inside cms-blocks and moved that script inside theme header,

Can you please try with flush all Magento cache and change browser as well.

Hello @Surf Web Design,

 

Follow this steps.

  1. Clear magento cache.
  2. Make sure you are updating the correct static block. because sometimes there may be multiple static block with same identifiers.

  3. Check store view configuration in edit static block section.

Magento Cache was flushed. Also deleted:

var / cache / all files

var / session / all files

re-indexed

There is only one static block identifier called header_slider

Tried on multiple browsers

 

Still saving will not update the that static block. Any help is appreciated.

Please try to update direct database. After update database, Can you see updated content on adminside of block?
