customer group prices not coming up

Hi

I had my site worked on by a freelancer, however I've just realised my sites prices for customer groups is not working

The site has a module that does not allow the price to show prices for non members of the site

when a customer is set as general or one of the standard options the price shows up

However when i create my own customer group and login the price does not show

The site i am working on is a copy of another site i have it works on that one and i did not have these modifications done on that site

I really need some guidance, I'd like to fix this as soon as possible

Hi Umair,

Please clear cache from var/cache folder.Also you will check error in log file.

Enable log file within Magento by going to System > Configuration > Developer > Log Settings > Enabled = Yes

You can find them in /var/log within your root Magento installation.
