how to edit customer_service block??

Could someone please help me  - I would like to change my phone number on customer_service block (grayscale theme) but I can't find the right file in Filezilla.

I was searching in app/design/frontend/default/mytheme/layout/locale.xml but there's no that kind of rows I have to change.

If I right-click on my web page/inspect I get this 

 And that's the text I need to change. Where can I find this?

There's probably a static block for that and it's probably theme specific. Also it could be that your theme has configuraable fields for that.
