Does enyone know is there some solution that can provide displacement of standard horizontal main menu to left full hight vertical

i can find a lot of thems with similar solution but i would like only upgrade of curent theme

thanks for your effort and I am aware of themeforst. There are few thems with vertical navigation but as i said i would like to find some universal solution if available.
