After update site crash

Help,

I perfromed an update via Magento connect as well as updated extensions (did those first).

NOW I cannot access the front end or back end of my site

cannot connect to www. uncledans.com OR Magento.Uncledans.com

Site returning  503 error service unavailable.

Ideas anyone?

Please remove maintainace.flag file from the root of your website.
