Browse files button not working after upgrade to 1.9.3.4

After upgrade to 1.9.3.4, the image browse files not working. Even it appears, when I click on it, nothing happens. Tried with Safari, Chrome and Firefox also.

I think it is a little bit different. console error said: Uncaught ReferenceError: id_3dd21c1b12ab9c3b4dbfb2d49b88adb3_UploaderJsObject is not defined
at HTMLButtonElement.onclick
