Category not display in admin after upgrade 1.9.3.1

I recently upgrade to latest version, everything work fine except Cateory not showing in admin and frontend, it is on Database but not display in Mange category and Porduct catogory in admin and Frontend also.

When you say "Category not showing" are you talking about the menu option or some specific category?
