After Upgrading our shop we can't create custom option on existing product. when validating we have a white screen and no log
If I make a new product I can create a custom option and save it .

Have you clear cache and re-indexed?
Yes, we have clear the cache, reindex all the index. but i still have the same issue.
and I don't understand why i can create custom option with new product and not with products I created before the upgrade.
