None of my Shopping cart price rules are being applied after my magento version was upgraded to 1.9.1.1. I disabled all the extentions related to the price rules to validate if the base price rules even work and that seem to be not working too. I created new rules with a coupon code, without coupon code etc with no luck. I am not sure where to begin to get this issue fixed.. Any help is appreciated.
