Timeout on adding item to category

Hey,

Running 1.9.1

Getting the "please wait" box spinning forever when trying to add an item to a category (note the item never adds).

Please check the file system.log or exception.log file avilable in Magento Root > var > log folder.

You will know the reason for the issue.
