I recently upgrade from 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168 when I create a new order from the back end everything works normally but when I check the order details after the order has been placed it has removed the shipping methods and the price totals have changed without the shipping cost. I have found that my customer I use that was created before the upgrade doesn't have this issue it is only new customers/customers that have been created in 22.214.171.124. Changing payment methods and shipping methods all have the same results. Was there any database changes to customer fields or the order details? Any point in the right direction is greatly appreciated.
Can you enable the Magento's logs?
After that maybe you can try again and check if there is a clue into those logs or maybe on the webserver error log too.
