Upgrading from Magento V.1.9.1.0 to 2.0

Hi,

I wanted to know if it would be possible to upgrade from Magento version 1.9.1.0 to version 2.0 or over? If I do upgrade, will my theme including the layout be disrupted due to the upgrade?

Help would be appreciated.

Here's the official documentaiton about migration (and the migration tool too): http://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.1/migration/bk-migration-guide.html

You'll be able to migrate data but your theme and custom modules will need to be re-developed.
