Where are the downloads?!

Maybe i am going crazy, certainly feels like it. Where are the magento 1.9x downloads?

I am runing 1.9.3.8 and need PHP support, so exploring either downloading latest 1.9.x version or patching 1.9.3.8 to 1.9.4. But on the downloads pages it is all about 2.x and nothing for 1.9 ?

Go to release archive tab.

You will find the magento 1.x in the list.
