Hi, new to the Magento forums, have done a search for an answer but can't find specifically what I'm looking for.
We have a new build on 2.1.3 and we're looking to block delivery addresses being different to Credit Card addresses.
In a nutshell, it's common practice for fraudsters to clone a credit card, buy something online but then select a delivery address which is different to the card address.
We've been long time eBay sellers and only deliver to the address specified in Paypal so that we get 'seller protection', we want to do the same in Magento.
We have 3d secure active through the eBizmarts plugin for Sagepay, so we only want to deliver our goods to the addresses there, and no spurious 2nd addresses.
