Add Product attribute in form

I'm making my store Medzpalace. I need to add gathered items like this

Here are Pack Size, Qty, Price per unit, and absolute cost. These are four ascribes. I'm attempting to figure out how to show my item like this and which sort of item I ought to add (Group, Config, for sure). I attempted a wide range of items. You can actually look at it on my site.

You can create attributes for products and assign the values to them. You can create different types of attributes like dropdown, multiselect, text etc. 

Just go through the settings:

Stores -> Attributes -> Click on Product -> Click on Add New Attribute

Make the attribute settings according to your convence.
