Add Product attribute in tabular form at Ed Generic Store

I am creating my store https://www.edgenericstore.com. I want to add grouped products like this (Please see image)

Here Pack Size, Qty, Price per unit,  total price. These are four attributes. I am trying hard to find a way to display my product like this and which type of product I should add (Group, Config or what). I tried with all type of products. You can check it on my website https://www.edgenericstore.com/product/cenforce-100-mg/.

Can somebody please guide how to add a product like this?

You can create the configurable product with the product configurations and then include the tear price for the product price, quantity, and package configuration.
