When I log into my admin panel (first time), the entire content of the page is in basic html only.
How do I make my admin panel function with its usual css?
I installed Magento 2.1.1 through a zip drive and extracted the files inside cPanel and went through the installation set-up. The only permissions I was told to change was for the /public_html/app/etc which I did. I encountered this issue on my first login attempt.
