After update base url unable login on admin pannel

I installed magento 2.2 and in Admin interface changed base URL from localhost for my IP..

website uder the IP appears, but I am not able connect to Admin interface

You did not sign in correctly or your account is temporarily disabled.

could somebody help?

Try clearing all your caches.

php bin/magento setup:upgrade

php bin/magento cache:clean
