Alter/Add pre-defined product attributes

I'm new to Magento 2 and i need to add and alter some of the attributes that appear in the pre-defined drop down selector.  See below



Is there any way to so this from the admin panel?

Hi,
Yes, the content of this list corresponds to the values of your attribute.
You can edit them through backend by accessing Stores > Attributes > Products
Select the attribute and you will be able to edit values.
