I'm a bit new here in the forums so tell me if I'm being dumb.
I am looking to always validate all shopping cart rules true for all CustomerIds. The reason is that the site uses 2,5 million coupons and the CustomerId validation is what's slowing it down.
I've been dabbling around some in: Magento\SalesRule\Model\ResourceModel
But I'm quite unsure what to edit in my module. Anyone that got any clue how to go about doing this?
